- In a mixing bowl take sweet corn paste,cornmeal flour,all purpose flour and salt and make a dough.
- Dust some flour and roll this dough in a big size chapati.
- From this chapatti cut small size roundles with help of cookie cutter.
- Cut this roundles horizontally into two semi circles.
- Make slurry with all purpose flour by adding water in it.
- Apply this slurry to the corners of semi circle and give cone shape..make all cones like this.
- Keep aside cones for 40-59 minutes to dry.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the cones.
- Now let see the filling ingredients.
- In a big mixing bowl take chopped potatoes,onion,tomatoes and mix salt,black pepper and black salt and mix it nicely.
- Fill this mixture in cones.
- Put spoon ful of tamarind chutney,green chutney and curd over it.
- Sprinkle some red chilli powder,chaat masala and black salt.
- Garnish with green coriander and sev.
