  1. Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Peel skin and cut into halves. (You can take baby potatoes also). Cut onion, tomato and capsicum into cubes.

  3. For marination:- In a mixing bowl take oil. Add salt, chat masala, all mentioned spices, garlic and ginger paste and roasted besan. Mix well. Add hungcurd and mix well. (Add Kashmiri red chili powder for nice colour if you have).
  4. Add potatoes, onion, tomato and capsicum pieces. Mix gently. Cover with lid and let them marinate for 30-40 minutes. You should keep in fridge.
  5. After marination skew marinated potatoes, and veges in skewers. Heat nonstick grill pan. Apply some oil. Put prepared skewers, drizzle some oil and sprinkle chat masala on it. Cook till golden at all sides.
