  12. Take 1 tablespoon Oregano, Coriander Leaves or Parsley
  13. Take Salt & Pepper
  14. Get 1 cup cooked Barley

Add cumin, coriander, lemon pepper and chilli. A delicious and hearty soup that's packed full of protein. Beef mince is simmered with kidney beans, sweetcorn, peppers and tomatoes. Meanwhile, heat the baguette in the oven following pack instructions.

  1. Heat Oil in a large saucepan or pot over medium-high heat, cook Onion, Garlic and Meat.
