- Get 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tea spoon kasoori methi
- Prepare 1 small katori hung curd
- Get 2 Table spoon oil
- Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Gobhi Tikka Masala:
- Take a big bowl, put curd, a pinch of turmeric powder salt and kasoori methi, mix it well and marinate cauliflower carrot, capsicum and onion and keep it in fridge for 40 minutes minimum.
- Meanwhile prepare your gravy, put kadai on flame add oil put cumin seeds, crackle it then add fennel seeds, stir it add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir it for a while then add tomato puree, cook it for five minutes then add coriander powder and cook the gravy for five minutes.
- Add salt and add fresh cream also and cook it again for five minutes, you can add one teaspoon tomato sauce to the gravy and 1 teaspoon corn flour along with one small cup water and cook it for some time your gravy is ready.
- Now take a pan, put one teaspoon oil and cook the vegetables which you marinated till it becomes soft. It will take only five minutes, now mix it with your gravy and cook it for two three minutes. Spread kasoori methi and serve it hot with butter Naan, paratha or steamed rice.
