  4. Heat up the same pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and add smooth paste and capsicum cubes saute for 3-4 minutes. Add leftover marinade mixture. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup water. Bring the gravy to a simmer for 4-5 minutes. Now add the mushrooms tikka and fresh malai or cream sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi mix well. Serve with any bread or rice.

Combine all the ingredients along with mushroom, except the chaat masala, mix well and keep aside to marinate for half an hour.
