- once olive oil is on the skin you can coat with salt, pepper, and any other flavor spices you like on your chicken
- the remainder Of beer broth should be dumped into the foil pan
- In the top opening of the chicken add your fresh herbs into the cavity
- set on grill making sure the can does not tip over
- baste chicken once an hour. the keys to cooking this right is maintaining the heat.
- again it is important to keep the grill lid closed. your going to want to keep checking it BUT DONT OPEN THE LID!
- your chicken should be done in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. if you use a perdue chicken the Popper will pop when done
- Your chicken should be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside
