Instructions to make For Church Two Chilis:
- Chop the pepper and onion. Add to the pot with a glug of oil.
- Add half the sirloin to the onions and peppers.
- Fry the other half of the sirloin. Drain the drippings and get the sirloin crisp.
- Add the spices, beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the crispy sirloin. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fry the bacon crisp and chop it up. Add it in stirring occasionally.
