Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees and roast it for 15 mins.

- Now take oil in another pan heat it add jeera hing capsicum onion tomato and cook well but let it stay crispy.Once cooked add the baked cauliflower and aloo sprinkle water close and cook for 5 mins. Serve with roti or paratha.
