  1. Make ready 4-5 burn pav, cut into bite size pieces
  2. Get 1/2 cup green boiled peas
  3. Take 1 small cauliflower, grated
  4. Make ready 1 medium chopped Capcicam
  5. Prepare 2 medium potatoes, boiled
  6. Get 1 cup grated process cheese
  7. Take 2 cheese slice piece
  8. Take 1 tbsp butter
  9. Get 1 tbsp oil
  10. Prepare 2 medium onion, chopped
  11. Prepare 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  13. Get 2 tbsp pavbhaji masala
  14. Get as per taste Salt
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped Coriander for garnishing
Steps to make Pav Bhaji Fondue:
  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan, add onions and saute till translucent.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and saute for 2-minutes. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
  3. Add chilli powder and pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook till oil separates.
  4. Add cauliflower, green peas, and Capcicam mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add potatoes mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add salt and Coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add pavbhaji masala and mix well add 1-cup water, mix and cook for 5-minutes
  6. Switch of the flame and mash with a hand blender. Add water as required, to adjust consistency
  7. Heat pan, strain the prepared mixture into it and let it heat. Add cheese and mix till the cheese melts.
  8. Transfer the cheese bhaji in the fondue pot, top with butter, garnish with Coriander leaves and serve immediately with pav pieces.
