  1. Take 1 cup boiled corns
  2. Prepare 1 medium size capsicum finely chopped
  3. Make ready 1 medium size onion finely chopped
  4. Prepare 1 tsp grated carrot
  5. Prepare 5 small papads
  6. Get 3 tsp maida
  7. Make ready 1 tsp tomato sauce
  8. Take 1/2 tsp tamarind chutney
  9. Prepare 1 tsp cornflour
  10. Prepare 2 tsp spicy sev
  11. Prepare 1 green chilli finely chopped
  12. Prepare 2 tsp fresh coriander
  13. Take Oil fr frying
Instructions to make Corn Chaat:
  1. Mix maida,cornflour and corns.And deep fry them.
  2. Let it cool.Now mix chopped onion,capsicum,green chillies,both chutneys,fresh coriander and salt.
  3. Toss them very nicely.
  4. Cook the papad directly on gas.
  5. With the help of tissue,roll it quickly in a cone shape before it cools down.
  6. Now put the corn chaat prepared before.
  7. Serve quickly otherwise paoad will get soggy.
  8. Note **add chutneys only at the time of serving.
  9. Also Put corn chaat in papad only before serving.
  10. I have used a very thin layer of maida.just to make it crunchy.
