  1. Prepare 1 cup Gobindo bhog Rice
  2. Take 3 green cardamoms
  3. Get 1 stick cinnamon
  4. Take 1 tablespoon oil
  5. Get 1/2 onion
  6. Take 1 small tomato
  7. Prepare 1 capsicum
  8. Get 1 tablespoon ghee
  9. Prepare For Tikka Masala Mix-
  10. Take 2 tablespoon curd
  11. Get 1 tablespoon Tikka masala
  12. Take 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves
  16. Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make Tikka Masala Pulao:
  1. Mix curd, Tikka masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, Salt and make a paste.. Rinse off the Gobindo vog rice. Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil.. fry the cube sized onion fillet, tomato, capsicum for 1 minute.. Now keep them aside.. Now add the rice and the Tikka masala paste saute them until the rice get fried and fried smell has come.
  2. Now add cardamom, cinnamon and mix all well and saute them for 3 minutes.Now add 3 cups lukewarm water add low the flame cover the pan.. Let it cook for 15 minutes.. Stir Occassionaly.. Now take off the lid and add 1 tablespoon ghee mix it well and check if the rice get done or not If rice is done turnoff the flame and cover the lid.. Tikka masala Pulao is ready to serve.
