  1. Marinate paneer, cube sized fillet onion and capsicum for 5 hours with curd, Tikka masala, roasted cumin powder, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt to taste..now add the paneer in the skewers in a row with 1 onion and capsicum fillet.Now take grill pan add butter and let the paneer cook on it in a low flame.

Now take a pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic pods, sliced ginger and green chilli, 10 cashews, butter Add some water onto it.Let it boil.When no water is remain,turn off the gas and let it cook then make a paste.Now heat a pan add 1 teaspoon butter and 1 table spoon whole cumin saute it for 2 minutes.Now add the paste masala fry it until the aroma has come now add 1 teaspoon garam masala and fry it for a minute.
  3. Now add 1 cup Lukewarm water let it boil now add the paneer Tikka and cover the pan for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes open the lid and 3 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon butter mix them well.Paneer Tikka masala is ready to serve.
