- Peal and chop one bananan.
- Place bananan onto the caramel mixture and place back into the fridge.
- Wisk 250mls of double cream into a mixing bowl till stiff.
- Take base out of fridge and place cream over evenly.
- Decorate top of the banoffee with shavings of chocolate.
