  1. Method.. take bowl add maida salt ajwain oil & mix well add water mix well & tight knead a dough & take a rest for 10 minutes

  3. Take small small loi in length wise press it cut it lightly through knife..& filling patato mishran.. fold it in the help of hand… heat oil in a kadai fry them patato toffee in a slow fame…serve hot with green chutney… enjoy
