- For filling heat oil in a pan add green chilli, coriander, mix well,add besan, salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and roast for 2 minutes
- Add potato, salt mix well cook for 2 minutes, keep aside
- From dough make 16 to 18 toffes, roll each dough portion in long shape, with knife make some lines in the centre.
- Take a little bit of filling and roll it in your fingers, place the filling in centre and seal the edges, pinch the top and bottom, potatoes toffees are ready.
- Heat oil and deep fry them on medium flame till they are golden brown.
- Potatoes toffees are ready to serve.
