Knead to a soft pliable dough, coat the bowl with oil and put your dough in making sure the oil has coated all sides of the dough. Cover with a clean cloth or cling film and let it proof till it doubles in size.
- In a separate bowl mix sugar with cinnamon. (to taste)
- Punch the dough to release air bubbles. Cut in half and leave one part covered. Roll the dough into a rectangle shape. Apply butter, then the cinnamon sugar, then the raisins. Roll it
- If you roll out your dough to a perfect rectangle, the roll will come out even. But this still works. Cut the dough with a sharp knife and place on a lined tray. Don't place too close together coz of second proofing. Proof as you preheat your oven
- Bake at 180°c till brown. Coat with milk mixed icing sugar and butter. Enjoy
