I've left out trifle standards like custard and jelly here, but you can add more layers if you wish. The Mango Mousse Trifle looks good but with mango here, there and everywhere could be somewhat sickly. I would rather whipp up some artificial cream, blend it with the mango pulp, spoon it into little.
