  3. Now turn the flame very low and add onion paste slowly.be careful this time bcuz hot oil can react when add any watery paste
  4. Now cook it at low flame and cover the utensil and check every after 2 minutes
  5. Cook until it spreads oil all around
  6. Now add all the spices together and mix well again and cook by covering again for 5 to 6 minutes
  7. Now when it start looking golden add tomatoes paste and mix well
  8. Now cover the utensil and check every after two minutes until it start changing color and looking aromatic
  9. It will take 20 to 25 minutes to look properly red and start spreading oil
  10. Dont over cook and 25 minutes are very enough to cook the gravy
  11. Preserve or use in once this by adding potatoes,soy,mushrooms or anything
