- Chop the onion finely, fry it add the blended paste. Season with pepper, ginger, basil and salt (You can add as many spices as you want at this point). let it boil, keep stirring until the paste thickens well.
- For the toppings, season the minced meat with salt and black pepper, add chopped onion and put it to cook well. set aside
- Spread out your rested dough in flat surface. make a round shape. then fork it. Forking helps it to cook well inside
- Apply the pizza base evenly and generously.
- Spread grated mozzarella cheese evenly and generously
- Add the toppings, start with the minced meat, the pineapples, tomatoes and mint leaves. (you can be as creative with the toppings).
- Add more mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.
- Grease the baking tray with olive oil to prevent thr dough from sticking. Lay over your pizza. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Voila. time to indulge.
