  2. Take Coconut milk

  1. Measure your rice and put it in a bowl. How I do it is that if I measure two cups of rice I will use the same cup to measure the water for cooking the rice.
  2. Measure the water using the same cup into a sufuria and then add in 1/4 cup of the coconut milk (We don't want to use too much coconut milk). And let the water coconut milk mixture boil together.
  3. Wash the rice and when the water and coconut milk mixture boil add the rice. Add some salt and some oil or butter then stir for 2-3 minutes
  4. Let the water and rice mix boil till you are left with a little water then lower the heat and let it cook over the low heat.
  5. Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes make sure to check on it from time to time to prevent it from burning.
  6. Then when it's all cooked serve with any stew of your choice.
