- Measure the water using the same cup into a sufuria and then add in 1/4 cup of the coconut milk (We don't want to use too much coconut milk). And let the water coconut milk mixture boil together.
- Wash the rice and when the water and coconut milk mixture boil add the rice. Add some salt and some oil or butter then stir for 2-3 minutes
- Let the water and rice mix boil till you are left with a little water then lower the heat and let it cook over the low heat.
- Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes make sure to check on it from time to time to prevent it from burning.
- Then when it's all cooked serve with any stew of your choice.
