  2. Put palm oil in the fire and when hot add onions, fresh pepper, crayfish and then the okro and stir fry for a few mins, you'd notice it's really drawing but still very fresh, add ur meat stock and all the proyeino and allow to boil then taste that everything is adequate and balance where less then add the leaves in a small quantity and turn off heat.
  3. Enjoy with preferred swallow.

Growing up, I ate plenty types of Okra soup. We had an Okra tree and each time it would bear it's fruit, my mother would harvest and chop them up into little pieces and add them to some soup. Okra or Okro soup is prepared using the edible green seed pods of the okra flowering plant as a primary ingredient. Okra has a slippery feel when rubbed with the fingers. The edible green seed pods can also be used in stews and soups.
