- Add the chopped onion and salt and saute till soft. Then add the curry leaves and dried red chillies and saute until they are fried.
- Lastly, add the grated coconut and fry it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Then add the rice to the above mixture and mix well.
- Serve hot.
