- For Dumpling Wrappers: - - For Deep pink Colour: - Mix in together flour, salt to taste, beetroot extract, and mix until you have a shaggy dough. Knead for 4-5 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a bowl and cover with damp cloth. Allow dough to rest for 15 min.

- Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it again a few times. shape the dough into a ball.
