Mango Float is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Mango Float is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Mango Float:
  1. Make ready 2 nestle all purpose cream chilled 250ml
  2. Get 1 small can condensed 168ml
  3. Get Crushed graham crackers
  4. Prepare 2 ripe mangoes

The difference is that this recipe consists of graham crackers instead of sponge cake. Both use whipped cream and slices of mangoes, hence the similarities in taste. My youngest son and I made this mango. One of my favorite Filipino deserts.

Steps to make Mango Float:
  1. Make sure your cream has been chilled in the fridge overnight or at least 8hrs. But do not freeze. It is important that your cream will have a thick consistency to layer it easier on top of the grahams.
  2. In a bowl, mix your cream and condensed milk using a fork until no more lumps are visible. If you have a hand mixer, much better as it will double the volume and will have a fluffier texture.
  3. Slice your mangoes i have a separate video tutorial on how to prepare them for your mango float.
  4. Prepare your container. I am using a 750grams microwavable container here.
  5. Start layering. Start with a thin layer of crushed grahams. Then add your cream and spread evenly. Add the mango slices. Continue and repeat the process, ending the last layer with mangoes.
  6. Top it with crushed grahams. Or anything you fancy, like chocolate shavings perhaps?
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 5hrs. Then serve!

The recipe comes from my Filipino friend and helper, Marina. This desert can be made with two layers of filling or three depending on the size of your baking pan. I usually use a smaller glass pan with more layers, because I like the layers, it fits in the refrigerator. Mango Float Recipe dessert is the Filipino version of the popular icebox cake dessert. It is consists of layers of graham crackers or ladyfingers (broas), whipped cream, condensed milk, and ripe carabao mangoes.
