  2. Prepare 1 Can Black Beans
  3. Make ready 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  4. Take 1 Can Corn Drained
  5. Take 1 small can of tomato paste
  6. Make ready 1 lb ground meat Turkey/Beef
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
  8. Take 2 Cloves Garlic
  9. Get 1 Onion
  10. Prepare 1 Green Bell Pepper
  11. Get 2 Jalapeno Peppers

Drain off the excess fat, and then pour in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt.   2. Chop Garlic, Onion, Jalapeno, and Bell Pepper
  3. Sautee vegetables and then put them into cooking pot
  4. Add Drained Corn into cooking pot
  5. Drain Beans and add to cooking pot
  6. Add tomato cans and paste without draining
  7. Add 2 tbsp of Chilli powder
  8. Three different ways to cook it, the longer the better. Regular cooking pot; boil then simmer for 25 minutes. Slow cooker; on high 3 hours. Slow cooker: on low 6 hours.
  9. Add your favorite toppings: sour cream, cheese, onions, etc
  10. Add them to French Fries, Tortilla Chips, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Etc
  11. Do not be afraid to let it sit in the fridge for days, the best bite I have had was been 2 weeks after I first Cooked it.
  12. Also if you want to add a different taste add a tbsp of powder curry.
  13. Credit to Bushes Beans for the recipe. I read it from one of their cans 7 years ago but cannot find it anymore on their website.

And I cook it all day in the crock pot. Nice easy chili, this is almost the same chili that I grew up on (with the exemption of the jalapenos).
