  11. Take 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  12. Get 2 teaspoon hot sauce your choice. I use franks
  13. Prepare 2 cans kidney beans
  14. Get 2 tablespoons Masa flour

This is a great alternative to a traditional chili. It is especially great for Spring and Summer as it is much lighter and a bit sweet and spicy. It is very easy to make and can even be done on a camping trip as the ingredients (except for the cheese and bread) are all canned or dry. If you like peppers that pack plenty of heat, then consider growing Hawaiian chili peppers.

Instructions to make Hawian chilli:
  1. Brown burger with onion garlic and salsa salt and pepper and taco seasoning and pineapple juice
  2. When brown add rest of ingredients except for massa flour
  3. Bring to boil turn down to simmer let simmer covered for 30 min.
  4. Add masa flour bring back to a boil let boil 2 min.

Hawaiian chili pepper water is a combination condiment & hot sauce, basically a mixture of water and vinegar that has been infused with chili pepper flavor and heat. I don't know if that chili won the contest but it was my personal favorite. I remembered the chili recently and I wanted to find a pineapple chili recipe for my own personal use.
