Steps to make Mango Panna cotta:
- Mix gelatin in milk and set aside for 10mins to bloom.
- Microwave for 1min or heat it in a pan for 1min and stirr nicely. Add this mixture to mango puree and mix it well.
- Now take a glass and keep it tilled in a bowl as shown below. Add the mango mixture in it. Freeze it for about 2hrs.
- Follow the same step 1. Mix gelatin in 100 ml milk and set aside.
- Heat the gelatin mixture in a pan for 1min. Add sugar to this and stirr until dissolved. Add 1tsp vanilla essence. Turn of the flame.
- Take a bowl add 200ml fresh cream and 200ml milk. Now add the above(step 5) mixture in it and whisk nicely.
- Keep the titled glass straight and pour the milk layer to it. Freeze it for another 2hrs.
- Garnish with a mango flower or mango chunks. And your delicious mango dessert is ready.
