  7. Cook till all mix well. Switch off and add rose essence. Mix. Cool a bit.
  8. Take any mould and pour the panna cotta mixture slowly.
  9. Keep in the refrigerator till sets.
  10. Demould and serve with any sauce or syrup. Here I served with strawberry sauce.
