At first I was like, that is A LOT of celery, but I went with it. Such a good call - the crunch really is delightful and I can taste the celery (in a good way). The flavors are more subtle/sophisticated than your typical tuna salad, which I never got the hang of making anyway. A superlative tuna salad for sandwiches, melts, crackers, you name it.

Instructions to make Tuna salad:
  1. Open & empty the tuna into a bowl
  2. Add pinch of black pepper seasoning & mix.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise & mix.
  4. Add one can of whole corn.
  5. Cut & dice red onion & add to bowl & mix.
  6. Cut & dice tomatoes then add to bowl.
  7. Cut & dice green Peppers and add to bowl.
  8. Mix all together & its ready to serve.
  9. Serve on Tostadas.
