- Mix the ingredients to prepare idli, except the baking soda and set aside for 15 minutes. Now add soda and mix well. Pour in greased idli moulds and steam for 10 mins or till idli is ready.

Now add the imli peanut water, salt, sugar, soy sauce, red chilli powder, food colour and mix well. Cook everything for a few minutes till thick. Switch off flame and cool the sauce.
- Cut the idlis into triangle shapes and coat them with the coating masala. Insert Satay sticks and saute on medium flame in a non-stick pan from all sides. Serve with peanut chutney. Enjoy!
