  2. Heat the oil in a pan add garlic, ginger than add green chilli and onion saute for 10 sec in high flame

  4. Then add cornflour water then add sauces like shezwan, red chilli and soy sauce mix it well
  5. Then add extra water for soup consitency as per u like thick or watery type in high flame
  6. Then add ajinomoto, Salt to taste and vinegar mix it well bring to boil then cook another one min in medium flame
  7. Hot & sour soup is ready to drink
  8. Serve with fried noodles
  9. Tip: soup cannot be boil more than 2 time because it is harmful for health
