- 2 vessels on high flame than 5-7 mins on low flame
- When its ready add tadka of jeera in it
- For pakwan: In a bowl, add maida, salt, jeera, baking soda, oil mix well. Add water as per ur requirement and make dough
- Make round shape pakwan like chapatis
- Deep fry it on medium low flame
Stir and add it to the dal. Mix well and take it off the heat. To make pakwan sift refined flour and wheat flour into a large bowl. Dal pakwan recipe is authentic Sindhi Breakfast dish. Crispy, fried puri is served with chana dal toppped with green chutney, meethi chutney and onion.
