- Line a cooking dish with parchment paper and arrange the marinated gizzards on top so that they don't overlap. Roast the gizzards at 150°C for 1 hour. Turn the gizzards over once during cooking.
- Check the flavour and top it up with salt and pepper if necessary. Then it's done (I usually add more salt and pepper at this step myself).
