Instructions to make Potato gift box:
- Take a mixing bowl add mashed boiled potato, salt, pepper powder, oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, coriander leaves, chopped onion, grated ginger, garam masla. Mix them very well.
- Make same small size ball from this mixture. Then give square size and cover it with food wrapper and keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
- Take another mixing bowl and add all purpose flour, black cumin seed, ajwain and 2 tbs oil. Mix them well. Gradually add water and prepare a dough. Rest it for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins roll it as a chapati from it. Cut it in 2 inches strips.
- Prepare a thick mixture of 1tbs allpurpose flour and water.
- Bring out the square potato mixture out of freeze. Apply the mixture on the prepare strips and apply as a gift wrap around the square potato mixture.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Deep fry the prepared potato gift box.
