  1. In a mixer jar take mango cubes, sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes with half of the milk. Blend all these until smooth.

  3. Whisk all together with the wire whisk and blend it to smooth lassi.
  4. Pour the lassi in serving glasses.
  5. Garnish with saffron strands, almond and pistachio. - - Serve chilled.
