  1. Prepare 100 g sugar
  2. Make ready 250 ml condensed milk (50g of sugar)

  6. Get 500 ml whipped cream
  7. Prepare 200 ml soy milk
Instructions to make Chocolate Ice Cream:
  1. TIP: You could try adding less soy milk and sugar or use chocolate milk instead.
  2. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie while you prepair the other ingredients.
  3. Use mixer on the whipped cream.
  4. Add the egg yolks.
  5. Put the condensed milk in a bowl.
  6. Add the cocoa powder and sugar.
  7. Slowly add some soy milk to the melted chocolate and pour as much as you can into the bowl.
  8. Give the bowl a stir and use the remaining soy milk to clean the chocolate bowl, before it get hard.
  9. When you have a nice consistency in both mixtures, add them together and mix until it is ready.
  10. The mixture is pretty fluid and sweet (52%), but don't worry it will become ice cream in the fridge.
