- For the chicken: mix first four ingredients in a small bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with 1 tsp. olive oil. Pour spices over chicken. Cover with lid and place in oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
- Remove chicken from oven and let cool. When chicken is cool enough to touch, shred into pieces.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F
- In a large sized bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, diced chiles, black beans, corn and FRONT STREET HEAT. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds, or until warm and pliable.
- To assemble, spoon approximately 2 tsbp. of mixture onto bottom 2/3 of tortilla. Roll tightly and place, seam side down, on baking sheet.
- Brush taq-HEAT-os with olive oil, place in oven and cook 12-15 minutes, or until edges of taq-HEAT-os are browned and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
