  1. Boiler the meat in a pot with seasoning, spices, ginger and garlic. When cooked cut into small pieces

  3. In a pan, add oil, butter, onion and scotch bonnets, 2 tspn light soy sauce, meat, spices, seasonings, well diced vegetables and stir fry for 5mins.

  5. Cover and allow it to cook for 10mins
