Egg fried rice recipe with video made in restaurant style, simple, quick and easy. Fry on a high heat till they are almost cooked, but crunchy. Break the eggs to a bowl and add them to the pan. This egg fried rice recipe is easy and delicious, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Steps to make Mixed Egg Fried Rice:
  1. 1.Wash the rice thoroughly in a bowl and drain it.
  2. Cook the rice with 2 cup of water by adding sufficient amount of salt and bay leaves. Keep it aside.(Add more water if the rice is not cooked and strain it).
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add the sliced big onions and 1tsp of sugar, Saute till the onions turn into golden brown colour. Keep it aside.
  4. Now add carrot, chopped garlic  and onion leaves into the pan and saute it well till the raw aroma dissapear. Keep it aside.
  5. Beat the eggs by adding milk, desired salt and 1 tsp of pepper. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the beaten egg well.
  6. Then, Saute the Cashews and raisins with ghee and keep it aside.
  7. Now, Heat ghee, cashew paste, fennel powder, cardomom pwdr and 2 tsp of black pepper in a vessel and add the cooked rice. Mix it well.
  8. Turn off the flame, Now its time to add all the sauted ingredients(step 3,step 4,step 5,step 6) into the mixed rice.
  9. If you want a little bit of sweetness, add tomato sauce.
  10. Spread coriander leaves and serve.
