- PartTwo: - Heat this oil and add clove, black cardamom, cumin and bay leaf. Mix well. Add chilli powder and mix it for a minute or two. - Now add hing Add about 30ml water and mix well.
- PartThree: - Add chopped tomato and add salt about 2 mins after the tomatoes.Mix well for 2 minutes. Now add the other masalas and cook for 5 to 7 mins till gravy is ready.The boil should come to.the surface.
- PartFour: - Add fried paneer and top it with Kasuri Methi. Cover with lid and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Switch off heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
