  3. After the gelatin has bloom, double boil on fire while stiring continuously till the gelatin melts,then remove from fire.
  4. Add the glucose to the melted gelatin and return to fire (double boiler) stir while it melts.
  5. Add the dissolved mixture little by little to the icing sugar mix, don't use all the liquid. Form a stiff dough
  6. Cover dough and allow to rest, knead well before using
