- Soak the chole overnight. After soak add salt,haldi & soda cook the chloe.
- After cook the chole
- Take a bowl and add tamarind paste and ¼ cup pani & mix well. Take another bowl and add all dry masale. Dhaniya powder.red chilli
- Black salt.haldi powder,chat masala & black pepper powder and mix well
- Now cut onion.tomato.coriander.ginger and chilli
- Heat a pan and add butter add ginger chilli and hing and fry one min.
- Add tamarind paste and ¼ cup pani and mix well and cook 2 min.after 2 min add chole and mix well and cook 3 min on low flame.
