- Remove from fire,add in eggs 1 at a time,mixing fast,
- Fill the batter in icing bag and pipe out long lengthwise strips on a greased tray and bake in preheated oven on 250 °c for 5 minutes then decrease the temperature to 180°c for 35 to 45 minutes.
- RemRemove from oven and set aside to cool slit eclairs from side,
- Fill with whipped cream filling.

- Beat whip cream with icing sugar till whipped,add mango puree mix well and use.
