Once cooled, add softened butter and beat well with the egg beater. Now fill the custard into eclairs with the piping nozzle (you can fill your favourite ice-cream or whipped cream into eclairs)
- For garnishing melt chocolate and cream. Mix well. Dip one side of eclairs in the chocolate mixture and set aside. Serve and enjoy!
