The ingredients needed to make Eclairs!:
  1. Prepare 1 cup water
  2. Get 1/2 cup butter
  3. Get 1.5 tblsp sugar
  4. Prepare Pinch salt
  5. Take 4-5 eggs
  6. Take 1 cup flour

Eclairs are pastries made with choux paste and filled with cream or custard. Though it can be tricky to make an eclair at home. Traditionally, eclairs are topped with chocolate ganache. Instructions to make Eclairs!:
  1. Put water, butter, salt and sugar in a saucepan… Allow melting and simmer! - Then add flour all at once and stir until forms a soft dough. - Remove from heat and transfer to stand mixer. - Beat on low and add one egg at a time. - After adding 4 eggs, dip a spoon in the batter and if it drips off, ur batter is ready.. If not, add in the additional egg.
  2. Drop spoonfulls on a well greased tray (or u can use a piping bag and pipe) - leave enough space between as it rise.. - - Bake at 200 for 25-30mins. - Dein lower temperature to 150 for another 15-20mins. - Then switch off and leave to crispen. - - Slice and add filling of ur choice(i used vanilla ice cream). - Drizzle with melted choc.. - Enjoy!

To assemble the eclairs: Make a wide incision in the side of each pastry. Place pastry cream into a piping bag and fill each pastry with cream. A Chocolate Eclair is a delicious combination of crisp pastry, luscious cream, and dark chocolate. Keep eclairs refrigerated until serving: Small shape eclairs. Ready eclairs can be decorated with confectioner's sugar or chocolate glaze if you wish.
