  3. in a large bowel add the rice , eggs and baking powder and mix well then add the sauteed veggies and chopped parsley to it
  4. pour the mix into a baking pan greased with olive oil and put it into the oven at 200 °c for about 20 to 30 mins
  5. after it comes out flip it over a plate and serve immediately !
