  2. Get 1 hamburger bun
  3. Get 1 oz pepperjack cheese
  4. Prepare 4 romaine lettuce
  5. Get 2 slice tomato
  6. Take 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  7. Take 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  9. Take 1 tsp ground cumin
  10. Get 1/2 tsp tobasco sauce
  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  12. Get 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps to make Flaming Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Dip chicken breast in oil, then into breading mix. Place onto aluminum foil - lined pan and place in oven. Cook for 12 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonaisse and tobasco sauce together. Wash and cut veggies. Set aside.
  5. Remove chicken after 12 minutes, place slice of pepperjack on chicken, and place hamburger bun onto foil. Place back in oven for 4 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, place chicken on bottom bun. Cover with lettuce and tomato. Spread mayo on top bun and press together.
