  8. Add the cinnamon and mix again until everything is incorporated.
  9. Fill the muffin cases two thirds full and pop into the oven for 20/25 minutes.
  10. Once they are golden brown and a knife comes out clean, take out of the oven, plate in a big pile and enjoy!
