  1. Take a pan add 03 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
  2. Add 1/8 tsp hing and add 5-6 chopped garlic cloves. Saute well.
  3. Add 1 chopped onion and saute for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add spices- salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi and mix well.
  5. Add chopped bhindi and 02 tbsp water and mix it again.
  6. Cover for 5-6 min on low flame.
  7. Open and add 1/2 tsp amchur powder and mix it well.
  8. And bhindi pyaz fry is ready to serve.
