- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.let them crackle.

- Add onions and garlic. Saute till golden brown.
- Add green chillies.
- Add the turmeric powder.
- Add chopped okra sprinkle salt and coriander powder and cook for a few mins. Check in between to avoid burning of veggies. Cook till tender.
- Add when done add rhetoric Achari masala. Simmer for a minute.
- Serve with parathas.
